Staging a home without good art is like dressing up without putting on any jewelry. The Comox Valley is blessed with incredible artists and Dress This House is very proud to feature their work in our staged houses and trade show displays. Contact information for each artist is listed below.

This space, once used by the home owners for their business, is now an inviting guest suite for family and friends. Margaret captured these old glass jars with her eye for texture and composition which gave this room the sparkle, color and design element it needed.
Peter Jackson is a Vancouver Island resident who has been creating works of art for the last 10 years. View of Staged Office from outside with original ink drawings by Peter Jackson. The office was decluttered and repainted but lacked impact. These works complimented the homeowners’ collection of native artifacts and finished the room perfectly.
Chris Carter has had a lifetime interest in photography. As a teenager he built his first enlarger from an old plate camera and custard mix tin! Bruce Barnbaum was the major inspiration for Chris' collection of Black and White images of Vancouver Island and the West Coast. He continues his work on this collection adding only three or four prints a year.
Chris converted to digital photography ten years ago and photographs in Black and White and Color on archival quality ink jet media using the latest inks and papers. His prints including panoramic scenes are available in many galleries on the island.
