Sometimes it’s not easy to recommend to a client that they need to make changes to their home for potential buyers. Let Dress This House do the recommending for you so you can concentrate on marketing your client’s home.

Marketing Strategy

You and DTH want the same thing for your clients—a quick, profitable sale! A dressed house is easier to show, sells better, looks more appealing on your web site, and lets your clients know you’re going that extra mile to sell their house.

The Process

When you refer your client to DTH Home Staging, we review your concerns about the house with you. Then we meet the clients, tour the house and take pictures. A comprehensive report is prepared and presented to either you and/or your client.

The Cost For Consultation & Report

Flat fee: $150.00 (Due upon presentation of the report to you and/or your client.)
DTH will provide you with a CD of pictures taken after staging.

Client Handouts

If you would like some promotional material from Dress This House to give to your clients, please email us and indicate where you would like your handouts delivered.

Promotional material includes:

• Current Newsletter from Dress This House.
• Business "postcard" with Before & After picture.
• "Home Staging with DTH" booklet describing the process of staging.
